Slotsly is a free-to-play social casino game. It uses virtual coins that have no real-world value, cannot be purchased for cash value, and cannot be cashed out, exchanged or withdrawn. Slotsly is not a gambling app and does not offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes.
Slotsly does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your game progress (coin balance, level, missions and daily bonus streak) is stored only on your device.
Coin packs are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; Slotsly never sees your payment details. Purchases are consumable virtual items and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Slotsly shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob when you choose to watch a video for free coins. We request non-personalised ads and we do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Google may still collect device information such as an advertising identifier, IP address, device model and app usage to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the AdMob data practices.
Apple may share aggregated crash and usage statistics with us if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your iOS settings. This data is anonymous.
Slotsly is rated 17+ on the App Store because it contains simulated gambling. It is not intended for anyone under 17 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can limit ad personalisation in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Apple Advertising, and you can delete all Slotsly data by deleting the app.
If this policy changes we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date.
