Privacy Policy
How Jigsawly handles your information.
Last updated: May 22, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how NerdyTechs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Jigsawly mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Jigsawly does not require you to create an account or sign in. You may optionally set a display name and choose an avatar within the App. This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
The App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device identifiers, such as an advertising identifier (IDFA), used to serve and measure advertisements.
- Usage and interaction data, such as which advertisements were shown or interacted with, and basic gameplay events used for analytics.
- Approximate device information, such as device type, operating system version, and language settings.
Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Apple may provide us with anonymized confirmation that a purchase succeeded so that we can deliver the purchased item.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its gameplay features.
- Display advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads.
- Process and deliver in-app purchases.
- Diagnose technical problems and prevent fraud or abuse.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and ad-related details at AdMob's data disclosure.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Advertising & Tracking
The App may show personalized or non-personalized advertisements. On iOS, the App respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If prompted, you may choose whether to allow the App and its advertising partners to track you across other apps and websites. You can change this preference at any time in your device settings under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Data Storage & Retention
Your in-game progress, settings, profile, coins, and rewards are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed. Data collected by third-party advertising partners is retained according to their respective policies.
Children's Privacy
Jigsawly is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that would violate applicable children's privacy laws such as COPPA. Where the App is directed to or used by children, we configure advertising partners to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized advertisements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of certain data uses. Because Jigsawly stores game data locally and does not maintain user accounts, you can exercise most of these rights directly by adjusting device settings or deleting the App. For requests related to data held by our advertising partners, please refer to their policies or contact us for assistance.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
