What's the difference between Arcade and Story mode?
Arcade Mode is a timed challenge — snap pieces into their slots before the clock runs out. Story Mode is relaxing and untimed — drag pieces anywhere and connect them together at your own pace to build the picture.
How do hints work?
Each level gives you 3 free hints. A hint highlights a piece (and, in Story Mode, the piece it connects to). Once your free hints are used up, you can watch a short rewarded video to earn another, or use hints earned from daily rewards.
What are daily rewards?
Open the app each day and tap "Get Daily Rewards" to claim a prize on a 7-day journey. Keep your streak going to reach the grand prize on day seven. Rewards include coins, hints, and reveals.
I bought coins but didn't receive them. What should I do?
First, fully close and reopen the app — purchases sometimes finalize on relaunch. If your coins still haven't appeared, email us at [email protected] with the date of purchase and we'll make it right.
How do I request a refund for a purchase?
All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Refund decisions are made by Apple.
Is my game progress saved?
Yes — your level progress, coins, profile, and rewards are saved on your device. Note that deleting the app will erase this local data.
How do I turn off sound or music?
Tap the settings gear on the home screen, then toggle sound, music, and haptics on or off to your preference.
Why am I seeing ads, and can I control them?
Ads help keep Jigsawly free to play. Rewarded video ads are always optional — you choose to watch them to earn extra hints. You can manage ad tracking preferences in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
What devices does Jigsawly support?
Jigsawly is designed for iPad and iPhone and is played in landscape orientation for the best puzzle experience.
